mda is hasĀ a fantastic track record for training and long service – indeed over 20% of ‘Team mda’ have been with the business for over 10 years.

With a track record for personal development, we offer a host of training and progression options for Team Members, including management training programmes, scholarships, and considerable investment in specific training to help improve our business for our clients.

We recently implemented the same WorldHost training programme officially used for London Olympics 2012 to our entire Client Services and Contact Centre functions, and are looking at ways to take this successful course further too.
